It is executed in four steps
Skills training
The Skills Hub organizes skills workshops bringing together resource persons who will mentor girls and women in various Skills disciplines.We also train them in different soft skills i.e tailoring and sewing, arts and crafts and soap making. All our trainings are free of charge for the targeted beneficiaries.
Internships placements
Through working with partners we identify and offer internship placements to the trainees.These placements allows trainees to practice their skills in a work environment gaining work experience.
Sponsorship and scholarship
The Skills Hub enters into partnerships with vocational institutions that offers bursaries for the Skills Hub Trainees at no cost. This helps the trainees to further their Skills Education.
Startup capital
At the end of the trainings, we organize the girls and women in groups and they are given capital inform of machinery that they can use to put skills into practice.
